Our experienced team of chefs create global flavor profiles to please a variety of palates. We update old favorites like coulbiac by using our native grouper filet, when in season, set on a bed of sauteed tatsoi spinach from our local farmers market and baby bellow mushrooms wrap it in puff pastry with a quick lemon butter sauce.
We process seasonal fruit so that we can offer a passion fruit mousse with a simple chocolate chip cookie for dessert.
Harrissa from North Africa made from scratch is used to marinate chicken strips grilled and skewered for a cocktail party.
