Chat, Sip ‘n Chew is our catering division. From cocktails\u00a0and hors d’oeuvre parties, sit\u00a0down\u00a0dinners or full scale events our team of chefs focus on the food,\u00a0where it comes from and if it is in season for the best possible\u00a0flavor.<\/p>\n

Our experienced team of chefs create global flavor profiles to please a variety of palates. We update old favorites like coulbiac by using our native\u00a0grouper filet,\u00a0when in season, set on a bed of sauteed tatsoi\u00a0spinach from our local farmers market and baby bellow mushrooms wrap it in puff pastry with a quick lemon butter sauce.<\/p>\n

We process seasonal fruit so that we can offer a passion fruit mousse with a simple chocolate chip cookie for dessert.<\/p>\n

Harrissa from North Africa\u00a0made from scratch is used to marinate chicken strips grilled and skewered for a cocktail party.<\/p>\n

Lobster and avocado salad with crispy plantain chips and of course our\u00a0native conch salad served in shot glasses.<\/p>\n

We supply chefs, butlers and full service catering.<\/p>\n

We observe the legal\u00a0closed season for grouper and lobster and have great fun sourcing alternative seafood menu\u00a0offerings.<\/p>\n
